Dawn Z. Farley is currently a Broker associate at Wheeler & Taylor Real Estate. She decided to become a Realtor in 1985 so that she could help people fulfill their dream of moving to this wonderful part of the world . Having relocated to the Berkshires over 30 years ago, she finds it very satisfying to help folks come to the area. After living in other parts of the country Dawn feels this area is the most beautiful and invigorating place to live. Between all of the cultural venues and outside activities this area has to offer, it would be hard pressed to find a better place to live. Being an avid outdoors person herself she is very familiar with the hiking trails, scenic bike routes, the lakes to kayak in and the best roads and trails to run on.

Dawn has been representing home buyers and sellers for over 26 years. Licensed in both New York and Massachusetts Dawn is able to provide full service to her clients. Having grown up in New York City, Dawn understands the need for people to come to the country. She also understands how emotional home buying or selling can be and she is always there to provide her clients with her support and knowledge of the process.
